Description: Synchronizing of breath with a dynamic sequence of yoga postures combined in smooth, transitioning order. Vinayasa Flow classes can range from fast paced powerful flows to longer slower flows holding postures for several breaths concentrating on engagement and alignment. You will be challenged and offered modifications to flow gracefully at the level of your existing practice; building strength, concentration and flexibility.
